”This is Vinny. He was at an adoption event held by a local SPCA at a PetSmart, and my family had been searching for a small dog to adopt for several weeks. When I saw him, it was love at first sight! He was supposedly 9 months old when we adopted him and has been with us just 2 years now. My family tells me I’m obsessed with him, and I might agree with them just a little bit! He’s the sweetest lap dog, and he might have to go with me to the office when I have to go back!
